Residential Property Manager Leigh-on-Sea Essex
Our clients are a family-run Estate Agency business that have been established for over 15 years in Leigh-on-Sea Essex and are now seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager.
On offer is:-
Basic salary up to £35,000 per annum depending on experience
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 9am – 5.30pm
Pension
Holidays: 20 days plus Bank Holidays
Skeleton staff between Christmas and New Year
Social engagements throughout the year
Company Laptop and mobile issued
Free parking
The ideal candidate will have the following skills, experience, and attributes: -
MUST have a minimum of 1-3 years’ experience within Residential Property Management
MUST have own car
Ideally ARLA qualified but not essential
Have a good telephone manner
Have good written and verbal communication skills
Have a natural flair for problem solving
Able to deal with multiple tight deadlines
