We are dedicated to providing exceptional Property Services and are seeking an experienced SALES PROGRESSOR to work 3 days a week and be part of our dynamic team.
The Sales Progressor Package:
Basic Part Time Salary: £18,000 pa (Full Time £30k)
Plus, commission: 1% of all banked sales income including fee income from Mortgages and Solicitors
On Target Earnings:£22,500 pa
Hours: Working three days per week in the office -Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday – 8.45am – 6pm (1hr lunch)
The Sales Progressor Role:
You will be responsible for co-ordinating the exchanges and completions of a high number of properties within the necessary timeframes
Responsible for liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors and mortgage advisors
Working to targets and goals
Delivering a high level of customer service
Supporting the sales team as necessary
The ideal Sales Progressor candidate:
Experienced as a Sales Progressor in Estate Agency or conveyancing
Previous Estate Agency experience but would really prefer Monday to Friday working?
Mortgage Processor or Financial Services Administrator experience
Working in conveyancing in a firm of solicitors
The Sales Progressor experience:
An excellent communicator, both over the phone and with written correspondence
Excellent with IT
Customer service skills that are second to none and able to work as part of the team
Ability to build rapport with clients
Confident, resilient and have a “can-do” attitude
Professional, organised and have a great work ethic
Professional and able to work under pressure
