Mortgage Advisor Thanet Kent

The Mortgage Advisor Package:

• Salary: £28,000 + guaranteed payment for a fixed period

• Realistic Earnings (including commission): £60,000 (uncapped)

• Work Pattern: 5 days a week (with 2 Saturdays off each month)

The Mortgage Advisor Role:

• Provide clients with expert mortgage advice and tailored solutions that can change their lives

• Promoting insurance products from Legal & General

• Exceeding targets and driving business growth

• Collaborating with estate agents to maximize business opportunities

• Proactively contacting clients for new business

• Maintain compliance with FCA guidelines to offer peace of mind to clients 

The Mortgage Advisor Person:

• Motivated by success, results, and rewards

• CEMAP 1 qualified or equivalent

• Strong relationship-building skills

• A solid work ethic and the ability to thrive under pressure

• Smart, articulate, and well-presented

• Passionate about helping customers find their perfect property

• Full driving license
