Mortgage Adviser Chelmsford Essex
Our client is an award winning privately owned and successful Mortgage Brokerage based in Chelmsford who are expanding and seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser with full CeMap and CAS status.
Our clients offer whole of market on both Mortgage and Protection policies and are seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser who can deal with qualified mortgage and remortgage opportunities with full administration back up provided.
On offer is:
Basic salary between £27,000 - £31,000 per annum depending on experience and previous banked performance.
On target earnings of around £60,000 per annum – this is based on current performance of the team.
Car allowance of £3,000.00 per annum.
A guaranteed commission will be offered for any candidate for the first few months of employment to ensure no reduction in earnings – negotiable at interview.
Full administrative back up provided
Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm with an hour for lunch. Additional hours worked can be taken in lieu.
Pension
25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays.

Skills and attributes required for the role:
MUST have full CeMap and CAS status
Ideally have minimum of three years’ experience in selling mortgage and protection policies
MUST have own vehicle.
Able to produce demonstrable previous performance history including banked business.
