The Senior Mortgage Advisor Package:
Salary £31,000pa with a supporting, negotiable payment guaranteed for 6 months
Realistic OTE £60,000pa (uncapped)
42.5 hrs per week, 5 days a week, incl Saturdays, with 2 Saturdays off per month
33 days paid holiday (increasing with service), extra day off for your birthday

The central sales team is basically your personal booking squad — keeping your diary stacked and stress-free! With over or around 300 First Appointments booked within just one month, this is a high- volume role with the opportunity to write tons of business!
As a Senior Mortgage Advisor, you’ll be there for customers, drawing on your wisdom and knowledge making sure they get the best advice and support to achieve their dreams!
And with your Financial Services Sales Manager by your side, you’ll have all the support you need. You’ll receive warm leads from the amazing team and with full administrative backup, you can focus on what you do best: helping customers!
