As a Senior Floating Branch Manager, you play a key role and with the uncapped commission, many earn well above expectations.
The Senior Branch Manager Package:
Basic Salary Up to £31,000pa
Plus additional guaranteed earnings for the first 4 months
Realistic Earnings (including commission): £50,000 - £60,000pa
5 days per week (includes Saturdays, 3 on, 1 off)
Holiday commission,
33 days paid holiday, birthday off

The Senior Branch Manager role:
Leading morning meetings and coaching sessions
Generating new business and identifying leads
Valuing properties and showcasing them for the best possible results
Staying on top of market trends and building a reputation as an expert
The Senior Branch Manager Person:

Full UK driving licence and willing to travel
As a Senior Floating Branch Manager, you’ll cover holidays, vacancies, and sickness in the Surrey Area.
